Use this prompt verbatim (or close to it) in a Cowork session with Gmail connected to jnl@nd.edu.

For each newsletter, search Gmail with from:[sender] newer_than:30d and retrieve the 2–3 most recent threads. Read the subject lines and enough of each thread body to identify post-worthy items.
For each candidate idea, provide: - Headline: a working post title - Hook: one sentence — what’s the angle or provocation? - Track: sgs / uw / acs / irs (can be multiple) - Source: which newsletter, and the approximate date/subject of the issue
After scanning all feeds, present the full list of ideas grouped by track. Do not draft any posts — just propose the topics.
